Abstract

The preprint outlines topical issues related to ensuring the development of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the path to Open Science and improving the performance of scientific achievements. The process of submitting scientific monographs to the Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus scientometric databases, their requirements and the necessary information required for the success of such submission are considered.
