Abstract

The preprint presents the justification of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical guidelines for the formation of a transformational model of scientific periodicals of the NAS of Ukraine in the context of integration into the concept of Open Science. Infrastructure solutions, organizational mechanisms, and new editorial competencies necessary for ensuring the sustainable development of academic journals, increasing their international visibility and competitiveness are presented.
