Abstract

The relevance of the work is due to the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence (AI), in particular large language models (LLM) and their implementation in all spheres of public life. One of the potentially important areas of application is medicine and healthcare, where the accuracy and timeliness of patient diagnosis or treatment is of crucial importance. The developed Technical Specifications contain a detailed description of the requirements for the structural and functional characteristics of the expert system (ES), algorithms and mathematical models for supporting patients and optimizing their treatment or rehabilitation trajectories. In particular, the grounds for its creation, the purpose and sources of development, and the tasks that the ES solves are highlighted. A list of regulatory and technical documents that regulate the requirements for development is selected. The main requirements for the ES are formulated, including composition requirements, requirements for purpose, medical requirements, requirements for quality and responsible use of AI. Specific requirements for patient support algorithms are established, in particular, requirements for algorithms for building patient-centric rehabilitation programs, requirements for decision support algorithms for predicting a patient's condition using LASSO regression, requirements for ECG diagnostic algorithms, requirements for joint mobility assessment tools, requirements for analyzing thermal imaging images of a patient. An essential aspect of the Technical Specifications is the presence of requirements for an AI-based personal assistant, which include goal and task setting, functional and non-functional requirements, technological aspects, implementation stages, and documentation requirements. Finally, the advantages of the proposed ES from the point of view of telemedicine and AI are determined.
