The methodological recommendations define the procedure for selecting, evaluating, and prioritizing scientific and technical developments of the institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for commercialization. A system of criteria is proposed, covering strategic feasibility, technological, production, commercial, integration, and legal readiness of developments, their financial and economic parameters, competitiveness, and impact on the environment and society. The procedure for expert evaluation, ranking, and preparation of conclusions is defined, as well as the principles of forming an investment profile and further scientific and organizational support for promising developments by the Office of Commercialization. The recommendations are intended for managers and researchers of the institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, experts, representatives of state authorities, business, and investors, as well as other stakeholders interested in technology transfer and commercialization of scientific developments.Downloads
